Yesterday inlcuded a trip to the dentist, where they performed a partial root canal to extract the dead issue from my tooth. The massive amounts of listerine I used actually killed most of my tastebuds, but my sense of taste is starting (slowly) to return

Ugh, dental work always sucks. I'm still sore from the wisdom teeth shenanigans last Monday.

I don't mind the actual dental work itself -- I'm not one of those people who is freaked out by the dentist, and in this case I was a) so tired, and b) so grateful to be taking care of it, that I more or less actually slept through the entire appointment... and not because they doped me up, either. All I needed was the numbing agent on my gums and I was out.

Yeah, I never have a problem with the procedures themselves, but the recovery is what I hate. Mmmm. Numbing agent.
