Chad and I just came back from seeing Dreamcatcher. and the Animatrix short beforehand.

I cannot wait for the Matrix. May 15 can't come soon enough.

And Dreamcatcher, I had no idea Donnie was in it.

I saw the movie tonight too and was also creeped out by the little "giant toothed pussy." :P I loved Beaver's little sayings... they're kinda catchy :)I didn't know Donnie was in the movie and i was looking for him through the whole thing and never even noticed that was him at the end. My friend said something to me when the movie was over, and I never would have guessed it was him. I thought the movie was good overall though :)

Donnie was awesome. It was like when he was in the 6th Sense. I had no idea it was him at first. I was looking for him to be a fighter piolt or something, but no, he was Dudditz [sp??!!]! Amazing.

Have you read the book? I was wondering how the movie compared. After reading the book, I was kind of afraid of how well the movie would be made. We all know what happened when Needful Things was made into a movie. No one needs another one of those. I should just go see the damn thing. I forgot it was opening today though. Maybe tomorrow.

what's a book??! ha. just kidding. I am not the reader I once was. But from passed experience when it comes to King's books turned into movies, the movies fail to compare to the books in the least.

well, that may be true, but there is a huge difference between, say, Delores Claiborne and the tragedy that was Needful Things. The movie will probably not be as good as the book. But it can still be done well. I mean look at The Stand. Granted it was mini-series. But still very well done.
