Alright, I'm trying to find/figure out a Costume that would be a Classic Pulp style Superhero..More in the vein of the Rocketter, or an Aviator, than say..the Shadow. This is for my Mage Character His name is Dr. Midnight and he's a Pulp style "superhero". I need ideas, potentially drawings, and if anyone knows where to get stuff cheap to make this

Oh also look up issues 1 and 5 (I think) of planetary. they're the doc brass issues and have a pretty good collection of stand in pulp hero achetypes.

When in doubt go for a cool coat and a hat. All other idiosyncratic accessories can be gotten as you go along. As for under the cool coat, I always like the idea of a 3 piece suit.

long dark coat - thrift shop

dark wide brimmed hat - same, prolly

would actually recommend more round, dark welding goggles/glasses than aviator. the round shape and dark color give a more cold, non-human, scary feel.
about those, check harbor freight tools on central in colonie or come over here, i think i have a pair.
