I think our original plan was great, we were all sooooo excited about it. If mods love the forum it attracts people there because the mods are having so much fun. If the mods end up hating the forum, we wont really be part of the forum anymore and that is always a death sentence. I've been a member of loads of forums and active, happy mods is the most important ingredient. We just need to decide this soon so we can finish up all the other details for the revamp. And so I can get some sleep. I've been up late all week worrying about what will happen with AAA and the stress is too much, I'm starting to crack. Blah. Sorry. *runs off to have some soup*
