Playing a little guitar this evening
The Lincoln ad featuring Under The Milky Way Tonight (but not by The Church) has had me going for a while recently so tonight I decided to pick up a guitar and see if I could make it happen. It's pretty simple, the chords always sounded so unusual but there's really only four and they're mostly very normal chords. It's like they wrote the song ( Read more... ) -

More and more drug legalization
I see more states allowing medical marijuana and I think back to how things were 15-20 years ago and I am pleased at the progress in this area. I think it would be better if interstate commerce abuse would be abandoned and things would go back to being legal be default, but incremental progress is better than nothing ( Read more... ) -

David Lee Roth released Skyscraper.
I don't know if this was a great album. It may be, I never owned it. I did love Eat 'Em And Smile though, but it wasn't released on January 1st. -
Workout woes
The thing about the exercises I don't like to do is that it is hard to get started. Once I start with that first set I don't have any trouble getting up for the rest of the sets. Then I feel really good the next day and want to work those same muscles again. I don't do it because rest is an important part of the process. This leads to a ( Read more... ) -
