My mother works in a nursing and rehab facility, so early onset chronic disease is something she sees a lot. Emphysema can be a genetic predisposition, especially for those who have asthma. If you grow up in a high pollution area and you're genetically predisposed to it, you'll develop it rather quickly, that goes double if your parents smoke.
Speaking of disease that are typically late-in-life diseases I once saw a 32 year old with Alzheimer's. Pretty fucking scary.
smoking crack is TERRIBLE for your lungs. And she has money so she probably smokes a lot of it. Mainly because crackheads will often smoke till they're broke. Bill Gates could go broke with a coke habit (for him it would probably have to be an IV coke habit, but I think even he could go broke on coke). So I would imagine that along with maybe some asthma type predisposition or something. And if she ever smokes meth, well that makes crack look healthy. A good two-three day crack binge blowing $1-2k is probably like a year of smoking a pack of kools a day. Maybe two packs of kools. Certainly 2 packs of royals a day. Remember kids crack is whack but the speed the doctor gives you is a okay and its cool to shoot smack unless you do it every day
