So I've been feeling good about this all week.. there have been excellent excellent excellent correspondences to and fro since the interview, and based on the things I heard during it, and the things said to me after it.. I was pretty sure I was in like Flynn.

here's the message I got today:

Just keep checking in on them every other week or so. Don't let 'em forget about you. It'll show that you're serious about working for them. Besides, like you said, they liked what they saw.

Not gonna make it to the show Fri., most a pity. :( After the tent season I'ma gonna make tracks for your place. Good luck w/ the studio time!

now that's the most sound advice i've heard yet. thanks, dude. i was planning to still keep hope that they'll call me up soon. but if i try to keep contact up with them, that will definitely help things out. awesome.

shame you can't make it to the show. we're gunna be playing a new song and i'd really like you to get to meet Paige. she's darling. but no worries, we'll have stuff for you to listen to by the time you make it up after tent season is over. can't wait to have you up here. s'been a while. *hugs*
