Philip mak, the creator of shoujo-ai.com, just died recently. In addition to founding shoujo-ai, he also created a great Amelia/Lina site, the first one created in fact, and a Sylphiel/Lina site, also a first.

The yuri and shoujo communities will have a huge gaping hole now that he's gone.

He had two popular Slayers shoujo/yuri sites (Syl/Lina,Lina/Ame). I'm surprised you never heard about him.

No, sadly they dissapeared after he died. I'm not entirely sure why. I just hope someone makes another Syl/Lina site 'cause that one was the only one.

It's at times like this that I wish that shoujoai.com was working for me. (I have the sinking suspicion I'm banned, since the site worked for two days while they were updating.)

I'd have loved to pay my respsects on the SA.com's forums. Oh, well. May he rest in peace.
