nah, they didnt lose because of that (even thought that was probably THE stupidest thing to do). They lost because of that ONE shot that hit the cross bar. thank goT i was rooting for italy :)

it was SO selfish of him, i couldn't believe it. but then again, i think italy SHOULD have won either way. that 2nd goal that they didn't count because it was "off sides" was SO not. he was level with the 2nd to last defender when the ball was kicked.

Yeah, he fucked up. It was his last game. What a way to go out, eh?

That definitely contributed heavily to their loss. He would have been able to rock those pks. Not only that, but France was left in the PKs without Henry, Ribery, Vieira, and Zidane, who was nowhere to be found. Too bad.
