I am pretty sure i am in depression mode and refuse to get any kinda help despite Chris's protests. I am sure I have been this way for a while now but just hiding it or covering it up with diffrent masks wether it's drinking or partying or watching tv OR WHATEVER. Those tactics are wearing thin I suppose. I don't know. You should read my post I made around my b-day, that covers some of what I am talking about. And, BTW, it covers what I did, which was not much. I am just all round not a happy person. I , of course will never show it at work or with friends. Chris is the only one really who knows anything and if anything, I feel bad he has to be the one to take most of my shit when I act out. I am content though, I get thru day to day life okay and am by no means suicidal or ON THE BRINK. I don't feel hopeless and I don't sleep all the time.I am happy with my relashionship issues w/ chris and have no beef with my family and work is great!! there is just this nagging, in the back of my mind that just gets me in the worst moods. and it
