Anyone care for some Indian food..?

Over the last couple of weeks, a couple of different friends have agreed that an Onion Bhaji or two would be in order. While I love Indian food in general, I was hardly expecting to be in India any time soon

Ironically, the distance from Chicago to Delhi is roughly the same as from LA to Sydney, a fact that was not lost on me as we trundled through the sky. The thought being that if you're going to spend 15 hours in the sky, going somewhere other than Delhi might be a grand idea!
