I was asked today by someone at work, do I feel guilty for being a working mom. Its kind of annoyed and upset me, because I don't feel guilty and I shouldn't feel guilty. If I didn't work then Livvy wouldn't have half the stuff she has, she'd just have the very basics she needs to be healthy and happy. She doesn't suffer. She has Ash. She ( Read more... )

I agree with you on the work thing. You seem like you've got a good amount of time (and your hubby) to spend with Liv. Often times I wish I was working. We can't afford day care right now and the best choice for us after looking at all our options was for me to stay home for the time being- but it is different for everybody. I plan to go back to work after we have our second child and that child is 1 year old. We want to have our children close in age. Well, have a nice day. ;)

I'm lucky, I shouldn't really complain about our hours. Like you said - its different for everyone and staying home works out best for you and I envy you, I'd love to be able to be a stay-at-home mom.

Ryan makes me feel guilty about having to take Jackson to daycare. Someone in this family has to have a steady job and thats up to me! I do wish i could be there more but i cant and i just think of it in this way, i am trying to make money for Jackson to have everthing he wants and stuff he needs and that makes me feel good. Plus, sometimes coming to work is a very much needed relief for me. I feel bad for feeling like t hat sometimes too.
Have a good day ;)
