thats very true. but michael, its still the beginning. everyones sticking to their friends from middle school still, but soon theyre going to want to make new friends. its a change for everyone. im also here for u if u want to talk. just start introducing urself to people, and just join some conversations. that should get u going for now :). and about the getting involved thing...just join a club that u think u would have fun in, cuz i kno ur not a sports person. i love u michael i hope u feel better sooonnnn.
Wow. Sorry that you're not liking school. I would suggest just randomly going up and saying hi to people who seem nice. I could find out which of my friends are in your classes and introduce you to them if you wanted me to.

Oh, and believe it or not, there are people just like you who aren't interested in sports (I'm not) and who don't play in band/orchestra.
I know what you mean when you talk about the guys, but not all of them are like that. I promise. I know how it feels to not have friends. I know that even when there are hundreds in the grade you might not find even one special person. But hopefully you will meet people and even if they aren't as great as the ones you had at Hillel... yeah, shutting up now.
