Prop 8 still needs to be defeated. Prop 8 bans same-sex marriage.
Prop 4 still needs to be defeated. Prop 4 requires family notification for girls under 18 to get abortions and a 48 hr wait after notification.

Well... maybe, *maybe*, if for some reason Prop 8 manages to pass, Obama will get to put some new justices on SCOTUS and they will strike it down.
