I don't think I've ever heard Mercury Rev, but yeah, The Flaming Lips, suddenly they're everywhere. Argh.

Yeah, am not sure what was worse, Coyne w/the fake blood 'cause you know it's "metal" or Chan doing whatever the hell it was she was trying to do.

I liked it.
But then again, I like all 3 bands, the irony of Cat Power rocking out isn't really lost on me either.

At least she didn't have a breakdown on stage or something.
