I'm curious as to how all of you feel about women and make up.

Is it necessary that a woman wear make up in order to look "put together," "professional," "her best," or simply even "beautiful?"

Nope. I don't wear make-up. Maybe on special occasions and those aren't often.

Cool! A lot of times I just look around and wonder why on earth people cake it on like they do. Sometimes I can barely make myself wear it on the special occasions.
