I try to get on the treadmill as often as I can. I'll be honest, that's sporadic. Sometimes it'll be 5 times a week, others only once or twice.
I eat lots of little snacks instead of big meals the majority of the time. This is what kind of scares me. At school, I don't have constant access to healthier fare, so I'm still trying to find a solution to that. I also try not to drink too many calories.
I've been using sparkpeople.com to track my calories in and my excercise, when I remember, anyways. It's free, which is nifty.
