LJ ate my entry when my laptop restarted because of Windows Update shenanigans. And because I don't remember what I'd written, I'm gonna wing it. HA!
NEWS:
1. I got my hair cut...
by Amy , in our own bathroom. XD I am now sporting an inverted bob haircut, starting at the base of my neck and descending to my collarbone. All that wig-cutting has paid off, lol.
2. I FRICKIN' HATE ESSAYS. HATE 'EM WITH A PASSION. But you already knew that.
3. I'm doing my feature article for my Journalism coursework on the positive social effects of the internet. I'm going to be putting together a survey and linking that to a bunch of places so I can get responses and stuff, and then I'll use that as a source for some of my arguments (that the internet is bringing us together, not forcing us apart). If you've got any suggestions for questions, or anything you feel would make such an article more awesome, please tell me :) I'll link the survey once I make it so you can all share your experiences and opinions.
4. I'm watching Akihabara@DEEP at the moment, as an antidote for the fucking depressive mood I've been in for the past few days (really rubbish emotional state guys, fffff) and also as a transition between tired and sleepy (before that, I was watching CSI:NY. But I realised it wasn't really happy so my mood wasn't being positively affected. Had to improvise :P). It's pretty fun. I love Toma, he's a cutie. They're all kind of growing on me with each episode.
5. TV!! This week's Criminal Minds was alright. Not actually revoltingly atrocious like last week's episode, the one with the spinoff characters of lame. Anyone saw that? It was so disgustingly bad. Thank goodness they were only on for that one episode. I hope the spinoff's ratings are so bad it doesn't even get a full season. You hear this, CBS? ¬_¬ No more ruining my show.
And BONES!! What a bomb episode #100 was!! Did you guys like it? I found it amazing. Even the end, which broke my heart into a million tiny pieces and had me crying for like 10 minutes after it was over (had to go wash my face and calm the eff down), was beautiful. Heartbreaking, and table-turning, but still beautiful. Now that was a 100th episode worth remembering. They did a splendid job with it. And they followed up pretty nicely this week. Props to them :)
I have so much to do tomorrow ;__; Probably going to the uni library for feminism research, I can concentrate better there. FFFFF I hope this week zooms past and my coursework does itself. Blah.
