Rebuilding the Gulf Coast

Hands on Gulf Coast (HOGC) is working to rebuild the historically black, working class community of East Biloxi (like Biloxi's midtown Jackson in many ways). HOGC is doing a lot-running a volunteer center of 30 to 70 people, housing, feeding, and organizing the long and short-term volunteers into daily work groups. They are doing good work. wow, i'm glad you seem more connected with this group! ask kiori if she wants to be my friend next year, hehe! thanks for posting the photos too....it's unbelievable how long the recovery process is taking! thanks for being a part of it and spreading the word!

The haiku was written by Megan Shotwell. I thought you would figure out it was me but maybe Megan D. has written you haikus too. She reached 100 beers at GK by the way. And I'm only 9 away from 200!
