So glad to see an update! :)

The idea that this was a "first love" for the persona of Kalinda was very nice. That Kalinda was masochistic enough to go back to the scene of the crime was heartbreaking.

The need to protect her best friend, no matter how twisted and irrational it was, still burned inside Kalinda. Except now, to protect Alicia would be to avoid her - to avoid reopening the wound Kalinda had cut so deeply into her friend.

She's been doing her duty (to avoid her) too well for my viewing tastes (on the actual show)!

Really interested to see where you end this...

Ugh, yes! I know it makes sense that Kalinda would stay away from Alicia on the show, but it is killing me.

Oh wow. Thanks for that great complement! I do plan to continue writing more. I enjoy writing these.

And I do write a lot in my spare time, its just my first extended use of characters that aren't my own. I haven't written an official "fanfiction" before this.
