This is such a heartbreaking fic but you're doing an amazing job writing it. I can feel both Jane and Maura's pain so vividly from the way you're writing them. I can't wait to read the next chapter and them dealing with their emotions. Getting embarrassingly emotional will be good for them at this point. I really enjoy the angle you're taking on this, it is a way that Maura could deal realistically. I'm looking forward to seeing where you're headed with this story line. Can't wait.

Is it just me or is Maura acting a bit bi-polar in this fic? I mean one minute she's calling Jane back when Jane has in effect run away and the next minute she's kicking her out of her house and that's just one example. Am I reading more into it than there is or are you doing that on purpose?
