I don't remember. When I feel like I can go in there without breaking things again, I'll check.
We're supposedly switching over to Xerox starting in January, which is awesome, but that doesn't help me get these packets done now.

I called 7-HELP.
They said they needed the make and model.
I went up two flights of stairs to get that.
I called 7-HELP.
They said they only fixed printers, not photocopiers.
The Konica website doesn't have the repair service's number.
I went up two flights of stairs to get that.
Now I am very, very, very cranky. Grrr.
