I was like... $95?! And all it needs is a $10-15 drive band? MINE!

Even better, when we got home, Mom said she'd give me the $95 for that, since she wanted to repay me for all the work I've done getting ready for the party tomorrow. Yay!

Oh man, that is awesome! I just envisioned you stuck in a tower, spinning your hair into a golden gown or some shit. What a great visual!

Cool beans! You can improvise a drive band with kitchen cotton or something similar, fyi.

Yep. Twine works too.

Actually that kinda looks like an ashford traditional.

Excellent deal. Did you get any extra bobbins?

BUTCHER COTTON! WHEE! IT WORKS!

It's very similar to an Ashford Traditional wheel, though clearly not actually one. Someone did something weird in repairing part of the drive shaft and I'm 99% sure I've fixed it right, but... When's the next time you're going to be in Knit One? If I bring my wheel, will you take a look at it with me?

Edit: Yeah, there's something weeeeeeeeeeeeeird with the flyer. Either you can have it spin, or you can feed in yarn, but you can't do both.
