From now on my livejournal's friends only. Some people were kept on my friends list just so I could still read their journals, but they were put on a different friends list. It wasnt very many people, only about three or four. I think I even removed a few folks.

I was sitting on the couch watching my sister play FF10 with a half full can a Fresca.. I got kinda bored and as I do with everything I started to lock the sides of the can on my barbell and see how long it could hold on.
