The holiday card idea sounds like fun ...

Last year was pretty funny just because it happened on a whim... we were watching Lord of the Rings and an ad came on for photo holiday cards, and I teasingly said to Zen "are we going to do that for our cards this year?" and he replied "only if I can dress up as Gandalf." I ordered our costumes that same night. lol

Exactly! Plus you need time to figure out what you're going to dress up as, where you're going to get your costume or accessories or whatnot, etc.

I am right there with you. We have been talking about it for the last month and checking out all the Halloween stuff up already. If you wait until September, it's too late.

I also felt extra justified because yesterday on my lunch break I saw one of those pop-up Halloween stores had a sign up already. :)

i always loved dressing up for halloween!

and i torture my doggies by making them pose for my holiday card, hehehe. i make them wear stuff...
