The waning moments of 2006
It fucking sucked.
The horizontal rule html above represents me officially putting 2006 behind me. Sure, there'll be consequences and aftermath with which I'll have to deal in the upcoming year, but I refuse to dwell anymore on the year that was.
Nor will I, as I did last year, make grand statements about how my life will change in 2007. Everything is coming up Zen for Slee in '07, baby. I have a bottle of a champagne-like beverage chillin' in the fridge, and with any luck, I'll be ringing in the New Year tipsy and happy in the warm embrace of my family. And after the Weestaks go to bed, I'ma hopefully get to play a little "Smack that Azz" with the missus.
Damn straight.
Uh, I should probably wake her up first. She's currently cocooned under her new mohair throw and looking about dead to the world.
