Now you come to mention it, the articles were written two hours apart, with the BBCs being two hours later than CNNs.

Maybe I just have a warped sense of humour, but that really does amuse me. The thought that, before the notes were even issued they'd dropped so much value. It doesn't need to be true to be amusing to me...
