thank you so much. it's nice to hear that someone else feels the same way as I do. I think many of us is in such a state of shock because he felt familliar to us. a lot of johnny cash fans have listened to his music ever since they were kids. many thinks about their own family when they hear his songs. it's like loosing a grandfather - even though you've never met him. hope you're doing ok.

What do you think about the Johnny Cash w/ Rick Rubin? The American recordings? They're my favorites; his voice lends a gravity to everything he sings. He can take anyone else's lyrics and make them his. Few can do that.

Do you know Dita von Teese? Or do you just like her?

I couldn't agree more about what you have to say about Johnny Cash, and how he could make any song his own. I take "Thirteen" and "Hurt", which is my favourites, as examples.

I love Mr.Cash with Rick Rubin.

And, no - I don't know Dita Von Teese. I just really would like to.
