Normally, I don't like divulging my private affairs online, but I feel that this is one moment where I felt a change in the situation and hidden secrets were exposed. and I felt that my storm is slowly coming to an end.
My affirmation
Nesan is my tarot reader, and we usually have a run every time we meet. By the way, these interpretations are mine and are not based on any book and if ever nesan pointed something out, it would be in reference to my personal life.
Here goes:
Experience has taught me that I need to write all that she says down because I tend to forget...totally. So there will be comparisons from the last time I had her read me which was I think, early this year. Good luck to me.
1. MOST OF THE CARDS WERE UPRIGHT
- In nesan's terms, that's a good sign. Compared to my older readings, my cards were always upside down, which focused on the opposite of what that card meant. so an upside down death card is actually a good. thing.
- nesan said that the upright cards meant that things were looking up. To me, that's affirmation pill number 1: I'm going down the right track.
2. MY PAST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WHERE I AM NOW, THOUGH IT'S A BIT UNPLEASANT
- I can't recall what nesan said, but it more of, a few months ago, this situation/state that I'm currently in, is what I aspired to be back then. To me, that means I got to where I wanted to go. The unpleasant bit is vague to me. Nobody has a perfect life anyway. There will be hitches and I can live with those hitches.Affirmation pill number 2: I got to where I wanted to be.
2.1LESSEN WORKLOAD
- I know where that came from.:P I'm on leave from MA so to me, I weighed my options and made some sacrifices. I'm not worried.
3. YOU KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, YOU JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
- This in itself will spark a MIKKAELA world war 3. They know what this is all about and so does everyone who knew me from four years ago. I know what I feel. I don't deny it. I am honest enough to admit that yes, after all these years, there is still something there. I'm glad my mom is more lax with me and not spartan-ish when it come to that. I commend my strength and focus during those days when I needed to graduate and didn't let some #%&%$*^%( get in the way of my diploma. And to this day, I am happy with my self-proclaimed success. renchan said yesterday: "you have to move on" All I said was, "Yes I am. Is there a problem with the things I choose to stay with?" Nesan sensed the tension and I'm glad that she pointed out my efforts to become more successful in my career and life. Affirmation pill number 3: My friends are supportive with my goals.
4. MAHILIG MAGREKLAMO, EMOTIONAL, MADALAS MAKWENTO
- I categorize all that in the teacher in me, which is why I prefer to just listen when I bond with friends. Talking all day really sucks so its relief when you don't. Plus you get to listen and observe more. Technically, all those words are me right now.:P
5. SOMETHING WILL HURT YOU
- I can't be afraid of this considering nobody goes through life not getting hurt. I'll take it. Bring it on!!!!!!!
6. I SEE MYSELF AS ONE WHO TAKES A LOT OF STUFF
-True. I feel that I'm putting in more than I can handle. The funny thing is, these are given to me by people. I never signed up for anything. It's as if God is planting them for me. All I need to do is water, cultivate and help it grow. affirmation pill number 4: People trust me with difficult tasks.
7. OTHERS SEE ME AS SOMEONE WHO HAS IT ALL TOGETHER
-Seriously, I don't. Tarot Read number 3 is proof of that.:P But thanks for the assurance.
8. I WILL BE ABLE TO GET OVER SOMETHING
- Story of my life. :P
9. THERE IS JOY
- I make it a point to be happy. My happiness can be small and uber big, but it's been a while since I was happy with the simple things. Simple personal things. My happiness would normally spring from someone else's happiness. If the cards say I'm happy, then that's good. Affirmation pill 5: I know how to be happy
10. I LEAD A STRUCTURED LIFE
- home, work, school, vtes, outing with poldo, occasional con, book run... nothing out of the ordinary here.:P
11. KEEP MOVING FORWARD
- I agree with the Robinsons on this one. That's what I've been doing. I move forward, but that doesn't mean I will leave my past behind. I keep it in a bag for future reference.
12. THERE'S A SENSE OF FAIRNESS
- I have already instilled the ultimate revenge moment. and I am content. mwahahahaha
13. RETURNS TO THE STATUS QUO
- I'm back to where I want to be. I don't really remember what that status quo is actually. I've been getting wacko readings ever since I started working so I don't think the status quo was anytime after graduation. But what was there in college that I considered my starting point?
14. NO MORE EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE
-THAT'S GOOD! affirmation pill number 5: I finally got rid of that evil bag.
15. DOES NOT LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE AND WILL END UP INDULGING IN HOBBIES
- Now I have absolutely no idea how my Games, DDR, Vtes will become an addiction considering I can instill no-DS and no PSP day and vtes is upon availability and DDR is already a thing of the past... I understand the not learning from experience part. I have that card all the time. Which is why I have to keep digging into my closet of the past to look at what I need to learn from. I still don't think that will be enough for me to drown myself in my hobbies. :P
so there it is. My life in 15 bullet points according to a tarot read. I'm glad the end results are more positive now. and none of that YOU-HAVEN'T-CHANGED comment. I have. And I'm happy about it.
Mara out~
