As I think I mentioned before, I really, really want to learn Spanish.  I'm debating NOT writing a thesis (which I don't have to do) and trying to enroll in Spanish 1A at the Berkeley Community College next semester.  Over the summer, perhaps I can take Spanish 1B at some community college, and then I can start the Spanish 2 sequence in the fall ( Read more... )

I figured out how to burn dvds.  Basically, I always have to use software--if I try to just look at the blank disc as a folder, it will always tell me that there is 0 free space.  That just...doesn't seem right.  I shouldn't have to play around with silly software when all I want to to is simply copy and paste.
