It makes me do that too. Somehow, though, that fact makes me think we stand a good chance of winning this one. The Justices in California are just brave enough to make things work. I have a lot of faith in them. I mean.. if they can annul thousands of people's marriages by a simple majority in California, then they can do pretty much anything to anyone in California with a simple majority. This is something courts were specifically intended to hedge against.
