Monday I took ballet class and watched RuPaul's drag race. I really enjoyed the show. Even though I understand why they gave it to BeBe, I still wish they gave it to Nina Flowers. They were right, though. BeBe was more versatile. Nina had an awful lot going on in her head, though, and you could tell, even if she couldn't always articulate it

I've been waiting to hear from you re: drag race.

I couldn't agree with you more, about the winner. Bebe did slightly outshine Nina, however both are true winners of the race. Bebe is also from Minneapolis, and my state of MN, therefore excited that a home-town girl won it.

Wow, that reunion was juicy. They were not playing around, and I felt that some of the queens were quite "bitter", in regards to how the contest played out....

Great show, looking forward to second season.

Some of them had a legitimate reason to be angry. Santino did have it in for Shanel. I wish that she didn't call herself out, though. Ultimately, she wasn't undone by Santino. She was undone by her own temperment. She needed to be told she was fabulous too much. She was very very good, and I loved her, but I want the next drag superstar to not NEED to be told she's great. It betrays a certain very odd internal lack of confidence and I didn't understand it because she shouldn't feel that way. She's amazing and very accomplished.
