indeed, i still think it's really funny that Yoda comes up in a fortune cookie, and i love the comparison of Yoda's words of wisdom (which are actually relatively wise, especially considering the capitalist state), and Bush's "words of wisdom."
what a jackass.
call me at 847-412-5700. i'm pulling my hair out. fridays are NUTS around here, and i'm real tired, which doesn't help. call me fool!
UM, HELLO! YODA! STAR WARS WHAT WHAT Sorry I'm a little drunk. But when I was in 6th grade my teacher had that quote on the wall and I always smiled at it because I'm a Star Wars nerd. Oh man now I want to watch The Empire Strikes Back. Star Wars is cool. What I find interesting about your LJ post is not only does Indiana Jones relate to Star Wars in the sense that Harrison Ford is a major character in both trilogies (I am excluding Star Wars Ep. 1-3) but the illustrious John Williams wrote the memorable and brilliant music for both franchises. Movies are cool. Indiana Jones is cool. I enjoy Temple of Doom because it makes no sense and is good in the sense that it is Indiana Jones and is laughable because his love interest is a horrible actress who really just says "INDY" in a scared and cautious voice 10 million times throughout this landmark of a film. Uhhh......yeah. I'm drunk. Sorry <3 Aidan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooooooooooo if we ever play Beirut together can we be a team? I think we would kick serious ass. ~KT
