So I have kept up with the gym 6x a week so far and it feels great. Lately Ive been doing 6 miles when i go on the bikes, at a slight incline with resistance and I can do it in 21 minutes. I practicly die afterwards but in a good way. haha Yesterday I gave myself a goal to do it in 18 min. How I will cut it down 3 minutes I have NO idea. But this
