I haven't seen tonight's Flashpoint yet, but am thinking about casting and C6D and
That OMG David Paetkau is playing THE EXACT SAME CHARACTER he played in Slap Shot 2?
And that Spike is OMG the CAT GUY. THE ROBOT CAT GUY. Because, me? I find both of these connections hard to get over. Like, HI IT'S THE CAT GUY EEEE! is my reaction a lot of the time, y'all. And I'm really, really, really hoping Palmberg shows up. Except for how I'm not. Oh, the curse of the Palmberg! (And the Newbie. Dude, I'M COOL WITH EITHER.)
ETA: And continuing my short-lived series of thoughts raised by reading obsessively outside my fandom (I'm sorry! I have a fic due very soon. It makes me do these things), how about when they make the prominent fandom pairing a maybe possible who cares B-pairing? I mean, dude, it is so cool to care about B characters and have them fleshed out and realized and I enjoy and admire that, JUST MAKE THE NOW-B-PLOT-BUT-OTHERWISE-A-PLOT folk figure it out please otherwise I will die! It's distracting me. I don't care if you cheat. Please make it happen.
