This man needs his trial date set, if there's no objections to doing it by the bookAnd as much as would benefit the whole world in this particular case, if you let a man sit in jail for an indefinite amount of time without any sort of trial, then why don't we just scrap everything right now and call it tyranny

He's not requested any lawyer to my knowledge. Any one'll do, and of course I'll hear it from his end if it's not a good one. But if he doesn't have one already, it's the City's responsibility to appoint him one. That's what this is.

Assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon, assaulting a civilian with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, attempted murder, criminal mischief, possession of a deadly weapon without a license, promoting gambling, and terrorist threats.

If he's here any longer I'll have to stick on a charge for loitering, too.
