Everyone's studying. It's a like a ghost town. Fancy a run to the kitchens? I'm not cut out for no social contact and you seem like you could use the distraction.
Tracey forced me to eat something brought me some food, so I'm not hungry. But, I'll go with you anyway. We can't have a socially cut off Cad. I can practice my 'nothing is wrong' routine.
Indeed not. If I don't talk to someone soon I'll get more bonkers than Padma Patil. Not that I'm asking you with me only out of desperation, you understand. In that case I'd ask Dorny.

I hope that this wasn't because of the gossip. And my role in it. But I really didn't tell that many people, and I never confirmed to anyone that it was your necklace, and Ginny did most of it this time! Oh, I've been a bad influence on that girl.
I'm sorry...oh, fuck it... I'm sorry. Can I offer you some chocolate?

They've been going alright. Charms was my big one as I need to get good marks to work in a wizard boutique, so I'm happy to get that out the way with. I think I did well on the practical, and I've already gotten a reference from Professor Flitwick to say how good my clothing charms are.
DADA was tough, but I feel like Professor Moody prepared us well. Most of my difficult exams were last week though. I only have History of Magic and Transfiguration left, and I don't care how I do in History of Magic as I only took that to impress my father. I want to do well in Transfiguration though, as McGonagall would probably kill anyone in her own house who failed that.
And Merlin, I'm talking about examinations more than Hermione, which she must think as terribly boring, but she seems like she needs the distraction. What are your plans for the summer? I'll be moving into a flat on Terence Higgs's new lot and looking for a job (and flatmates).

I was planning to go to Spain with Julius Harper. But I think I'm just going home now.
