My investment in The 100 is pretty much the driving force of my TV viewing these days. I've wanted a familiar online outlet for discussion and general hand-wringing glee.

For those interested, the_drop_ship is early days.

I saw you posted a fic! I saw the premise on netflix but it didn't snag me. Is it better than it sounds?

I am qualified to answer that question: "Is it better than it sounds?"YES. I almost didn't watch it too. But I was determined to stay on the rowing machine one evening CW was rerunning The 100 pilot so I casually caught most of episode one. The first thing that struck me was how. much. better. the show was than the "Lord of the Flies" pitch I'd seen going around. I immediately got caught up and sucked in. I was a little uncertain if my heart could handle the show (it was so engaging I didn't know if I could survive a cancellation) --but about episode 5, I was solidly in love. Forever in love. I think this is the single best program the CW has ever done. I hope renewing it shows they must realize that too
