Animal? perhaps.
Primarily played by Frank Oz since 1975. Also played by Kevin Clash[1996], Eric Jacobcon[2002], and John Kennedy[2003]. I missed it in "Muppets in Space" though. If Lacy was a muppet, it would definitely be animal though. Animal was played best in the Sandra Bullock episode of the Muppet Show.
