Kiva.org - how about a loan to a third-world business?

So I stumbled upon the website http://www.kiva.org and it seems to be a very unique and practical idea. It uses microfinancing to help struggling businesses around the world. Basically, you make a small loan, 25-50 dollars or so, other people do so too, then eventually the business has the loan

I just gave some guy in Kenya $900 to sell used bowling balls... I hope he pays me back.

That'd be a long way to fly to break some legs.

I wish they had statistics on how many 'entrepaneurs' pay out.
