What exactly does laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomies with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy mean?

They take out the uterus and both ovaries, using three small holes--one in the navel, two on each side of the pelvis for the laproscopic tools--and the vaginal opening for some of the work. Less scarring than a fully abdominal hysto and the healing is quicker too.

you'll love yer results..as for revisions..i'm going to see her Oct.16th to make an alleged appointment for one.

i like the fact that even though one may be needed..she does the surgery in a way that leaves the scares not too big and long.

we can talk more about it though later.
