I thought you were refering to Freaked (I think it was called, not that I saw it more than once), featuring none other than Alex Winters and Mr T. Also Brooke Shields and Bobcat Goldthwait. Moreover it had that guy whose name escapes me from Natl Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

Nobody please watch that movie though. Not even on a dare.
