Nah, perfect timing. If he gets going on this now it will be up and running by the time the economy hits it's high point. Branson does this with most of his projects. He waits for an economic trough and completes it ready for the market just as the wave crests. That's why he is a rich and successful captain of industry - he surfs the economy. He also has a canny nack for selling off his stuff once the wave has peaked but before others realise the wave has peaked, and then starting a dozen other smaller enterprises with the cash and seeing which ones float and grow.
