The sky would not fall
As the ancient scholars believed,
But it would expand.
It would swell so far and wide
That we’d be pushed to the ends of the universe,
Pinned against the starry walls of time.

We would see that we were trapped.
We would learn:

yeah, thats the point of the poem.
see, the sky is a metaphore for knowledge and progress. the more discoveries we make - the older we get, the bigger the gap between us and our faith grows. at some point, we wonder if our faith has been pushed out of reach.

speaking of turkeys in the rain, they don't take the turkeys on 5 mile inside when it rains...i thought they could die like that, haha.

anywho, did you write that?

i don't think they care if the turkeys die, since that's why they're there for in the first place. to die.

i don't care if they don't care, because i care. then again, they probably do care, because they won't get a profit if the turkey dies before people start buying turkey corpses. eh?
and the turkey's are actually pretty stupid if they're drowning in the rain. but still, it's sad. they can't help it if they don't have brains, can they?
