well last night was great fun. rosemary, denise, todd, tj, and i went to the founder's day ball together and proceeded to have lots of fun and dance nasty ghetto style. and the highlight of the evening i think was rosemary requesting spice girls' "wannabe" and the dj actually playing it, and then us forcing poor todd to dance to it. hahahah. they love it ... or at least like it much more than the metal pot that i had them in originally. they hated that big time and were going absolutely psycho in there because they could see their fish reflections and they were really mad at me for having to be in there. but now they are in a nice plastic fish box with a handle. and they seem to be very happy. YaY!

I don't really know what kind of mood you want the violins to set, but you should check out Itzhak Perlman. He's an amazing violinist. I saw him at Carnegie Hall last spring and didn't think I would enjoy sitting through an entire concert of violin solos and whatnots, but I really did (I only fell asleep 20 minutes before it ended.. but only because I'd had a very long day--and I doubt you'll be playing that much of it during your show).
