I've been following them for a while now and they seem happy. Jude is just fine, I promise. They're laughing and smiling and Deirdre was bouncing.

In my opinion, she is pretending, but she's not pretending to be undemonic. She's pretending everything is okay because the reality that it's not at there's no quick fix is depressing. She opted for the quick fix with Dr. O'Doherty and she's trying to convince herself there's a quick fix for her as well. Kait acting hesitant would only remind her of what she's done and she doesn't want to remember. I think she's a girl in pain, not a demon trying to ensnare people.

But don't worry, I won't let that keep me from watching out for the both of them.
