Today i had the joy of bottling all the beer i brewed exactly 2 weeks ago. I have been enthralled with beer since before i can remember, i don't even remember when i started drinking this concoction but it was even at my age...years ago.

heh, I'm just imposing my bias for darker richer stouts. Oooh you should make the guinness ruby for no other reason than its pretty =D

i thought about it, but they take longer to age. i might after i get a few more under me.
