So i made another batch of beer on friday. I went with a cali pale ale and modified it to my taste. I changed the hop formula and added an extra 2oz of a hop called cascade. It should be ready to bottle in 2 and a half weeks. Next week i am going to brew up a Irish Stout or as soon as i get the kit in the mail. So by this time next month i shall
