As in, for the first time they've turned me against them, after I trusted them not to rob me blind and take advantage of me.

...so it goes. It's just taken a lot longer for it to happen to me than it does to most people.

Sorry, all, I didn't mean that anything bad's happened to my family, I meant that my family's happened bad to me. Not nearly so bad. Less permenant, though prolly ever and ever for me, but not necessarily irredemibly.
