typically though when people say they love someone in that sorta butterfly in the stomach/warmer feeling they are decribing an abstract feeling beyond the english language. emotions can be defined but not describes fully without using a metaphor because its beyond our own language to do so. same goes for pain and hatred, or any extreme of any emotion.
Yeah the physical feeling of it is mearly a bi-product. I don't think "apithy" is up the challenge either.
They'd start bey saying "Well, I don't feel anything."
But then you would have to be like... "That's a bit vauge. Could you explain further?"
And they could only really respond with "Well, it's like..." as is to begin a simile which pretty much is a metaphore with only a small technical difference.

You feel warmer in the chest, around the heart. It radiates ouut from there somewhat.
Some say it's like butterflys in your stomach, but thats a metaphore. But the feeling, properly described, isn't a metaphore.
